I am a goal oriented person who likes challenges. I like to work with people and make them feel that they are the main reason why I'm a customer oriented salesperson , it's my way of dealing with problems. The company I worked for let me experience how important is respect for employees and what needs to be done to improve the performance of this department. In the future I'd like to see myself as a manager, where the employees grow up. My goal is to achieve more than just meeting targets.
