Dual Enrollment Coordinator. This position requires collaboration with Human Resources, specifically with the contracts of multiple private schools’ liaisons, instructors, and mentors. Reviews all supporting documentation to ensure that faculty has the proper credentials. Maintenance of all records. When necessary, assists the department director in various administrative tasks. Processes invoices for payment approval. Conducts interviews of staff, as needed. Assists in the budget administration within the department. Collaborates with Admissions and other departments in the recruitment of dual enrollment, as well as regular university students. Collaborates with the Registrar’s Office and the Business Office. During one semester managed the University’s Writing Center.Coordinator/Director of Lead Now. Ongoing. Many of the functions performed in this position are similar to the ones relating to the other two positions. There is a very heavy student-parent-faculty contact relation that needs to be managed. Lead Now is a summer grant program that usually has the participation of approximately 30 students. Lead Now is a privately funded grant at St. Thomas University, which I have managed for four years, and two years prior to that, I collaborated with the overall management of the program.
