I have more than 6 years' experience working with children from preschool teaching to coaching. My experiences have allowed me to serve as their mentor because their little voices matter too! I am able to understand their needs even if they are not able to communicate them effectively. I have voluntarily coached more than 100 athletes where those children were able to feel important, which led to increased self-esteem. I value multi-cultural backgrounds, ethnicity and diversity as these are unique factors that play into a person's life story!
