I currently work as a Recruiting and Enrollment Specialist for Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University. Through my work I hope to amplify the voices of women and underrepresented minorities in business, and I am excited to work alongside (future) students to help them reach their career goals through furthering education!I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2020, with a double major in International Relations and Spanish. My independent research focused on the factors that contribute to educational inequality in Latin America. My time studying abroad in Chile shaped my passion for creating an impact globally, and after I graduated, I spent 6 months as an English teaching assistant in Madrid, Spain. My time in Spain taught me even more the importance of diversity in the workplace and education system. I then moved to Columbus, OH and began my professional journey at Ohio State.Overall, I am most passionate about people. I am always looking to utilize my experience to pursue work that directly impacts those around me and even those thousands of miles away. Throughout my educational and professional experiences I have learned critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills. I have also learned how to have a global mindset and understand different perspectives and beliefs. As a natural people-person, I can offer a driven work ethic to produce quality results in projects and tasks. I love meeting new people, discovering new perspectives, and learning new things. I can also apply my talents and abilities to creatively approach any situation and project. I am always up for a challenge!
