Be responsible for Verification and Validation of Hygiene functions (CIP, SIP, Package disinfection, Clean Air System, Sterile Air system) in-house and also responsible for commissioning tests at customer site. Educate regarding Extended Shelf Life (ESL) and Hygiene functions internally and at customer site.

Hygiene expert in Tetra Top projects. Participate in the design process of Tetra Top Fill machines. Come with input regarding Hygienic design and Hygiene Risk Assessments. Be responsible for in-house Verification and Validation of Hygiene functions (CIP, SIP, Package disinfection, Clean Air systems) and also responsible for commissioning tests at customer site. Educate internally and at customer site regarding Extended Shelf Life (ESL). Support inhouse and at customer site regarding questions related to Hygiene.

Testing of packages/ packaging material towards specifikation. Test of package integrity, package forming, openability, pourability, grip stifness and test of moisture content, crease strength etc on the packaging material.

Working at the Microbiological laboratory with testing of Hygiene functions in Tetra Pak Fill machines. Test of Cleaning In Place, Sterilisation of Fill System, test of killing effect on Package and test of residues of hydrogen peroxide.

Quality control of Aseptic products.
