CurrentTECHNICAL• Ran EMG testing during Exoskeleton trials, analyzed and interpreted results to guide introduction of new company-wide technologies in Boeing.• Discovered, analyzed and found a solution to a critical production deficiency in a virtual reality (VR) environment before production commenced. Increased safety, quality, and efficiency of build plan that resulted in significant cost savings.• Introduced departmental vibration testing procedures and documentation in line with ISO standards. • Wrote and executed test plan to quantify the mobility and limits of an exoskeleton. Tested system to failure.• Authored testing procedures and validation criteria; wrote user stories, system and user requirements for development projects. • Created standard lab operating and data processing procedures for biomechanical testing equipment.• Conducted data analytics of injuries across the company. Identified classes of tools needing replacement and areas of focus to reduce worker risks.• Worked on the production floor identifying safety issues and solutions.MANAGEMENT• Deputy Manager: Addressed an Enterprise safety, ergonomic, and efficiency challenge and developed a replication guide for other sites.• Management Liaison: Coordinated projects between Research, Safety, and Defense divisions.• Project Manager: Developed a budget and schedule for an Enterprise systems consolidation effort.• Project Manager: Headed project to guide a company-wide tool standardization effort to improve ergonomics and efficiencies.• Interim Project Manager: Led the Exoskeleton and Assistive Lifting project. Broadened definition of Statement of Work (SOW) to enable the team to expand innovation to solve the root cause of the problem; team subsequently obtained patent.
