Relacionamento com empresas Corporate - PRIMEIRO LUGAR NA CAMPANHA VENDAS DO ANO 2023, NOVOS GERENTES CORPORATE

- Responsible for establishing of a German portfolio – German Desk (German, Austrian, and Swiss clients) including Large Corporate (DAX), Corporate, Middle, and Small companies in different sectors; - Responsible for Corporate & Investment Banking operations, including Supplier/Buyer Finance, Risk Management, Trade Finance and Services, Derivatives (commodities, currencies, rates), F/X, M&A, Local and International Cash Management, DCM, and ECM;- Credit proposals and portfolio management of over EUR500mln credit facilities with German credit authority;- Close relationship with Global Relationship Managers and Product Areas, as well as the Credit Division overseas;- Constant travelling to visit headquarters of the Brazilian subsidiaries; - Participation in the Finanzsymposium, Mannheim, Germany (2008/2009/2010) – Event with CEOs and CFOs of German companies;

- Responsible for the approval of credit products, such as Receivables Finance, Working Capital, “NCE” and “Repasse 2770” for the commercial bank reestablishment in Brazil.

Credit Monitoring Manager – Commercial Banking Division - Responsible for credit monitoring, watching out for early credit risk warnings and managing credit card collateral (VISA) for Middle and Small segments. Portfolio of 900 clients with total assets of R$ R$3Bi;;- Leader of a 4-member team with credit knowledge and efficient communication to promptly ask in risk situations and effectively communicate monitoring actions.

- Responsible for coordinating, analyzing, reviewing, adapting and implementing corporate credit policies and procedures in according with local market compliance; - Coordinating the Credit Policy Committee with the institution’s senior members;- Risk analyses for 120 financial products for Corporate and Retail banking;- Responsible for setting up the new unit for credit risk monitoring (Nova Central de Risco de Crédito)"with close partnership with other bank areas in the constant pursuit of regulation in order to guarantee state-of-the-art monthly report on credit risk data for Brazil’s Central Bank.

- Product Manager for ACC/ACE, Pre Export Finance, Proex, BNDES-Exim, International Transfer of Real; CC5 and FX. Challenges included the engineering of products that would outweigh restricting credit limit in order to increase the Bank’s total funding at the time. Familiarity with the approval cycle of credit products, letters of credit, SBLC, performance bonds, and bid bonds;- Follow-up on the products' life cycle, with immediate correction of operational flow distortions, quick responses to market demands. Hands-on attitude in the structuring and delivery of appropriate solutions to clients;- Active participation in the Commercial area, by visiting clients, developing products and Taylor Made structures, with solid contact with and support fromlegal, fiscal and operational areas.- Close contact with regulatory agencies, such as the Central Bank, the BNDES (Brazilian Economic Development Bank), and funding agencies.
