My name is Monica King. I have been a financial business analyst and project manager for almost 20 years. My experience is heavily focused on software development projects, deploying ERP financial systems in various types of industries. The area of focus over my career has been in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. I have helped write, implement, train and maintain the Sox narratives for each of the companies I have worked for. I have worked for some of the largest companies in the United States with different types of products and services and differing company cultures. I have international finance experience as many of the projects I worked on were global in nature. I am an introverted nerd but have been told I am smart and relentless. These qualities served me well having to travel the world as a single mom and work in a heavily male dominated industry.My passion is business process improvement and finance. I love working with people, understanding the existing processes (transactions through forecasting) and seeing where enhancements and automations can improve their job satisfaction. I love taking on the most complex projects (the ones others may have given up on) and trying to see them in a new light. I love to feel mentally challenged and constantly try new things. My goal is to make the customers of the system happy. That is always my number 1 focus and top priority. I feel excited to speak with you regarding the opening I have applied for.
