HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Army National Guard 01/04 – Current• Serves at the rank of Major in the Army National Guard. • Certified and credentialed as a Senior Human Resources Officer.• Assigned to a variety of leadership roles including Deputy Inspector General, Senior Human Resources Manager, Senior Public Affairs Officer, and Commander.
