Strategic leader with over six years experience in non-profit management, and another six years of direct service to children and families in Pennsylvania communities.Throughout my career in Head Start organizations, I have developed and implemented systems for departmental efficiency, compliance with federal regulations, and effective program governance. My focus as a leader is building relationships and partnering with others to identify their strengths and opportunities for growth. As a seasoned trainer, it is one of my greatest joys to engage others in learning. I maintain a growth-mindset, and I truly believe that there is no limit to personal and professional growth. I have experience coordinating meetings, community collaboration projects, and events. Screening, hiring, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement are additional aspects of my leadership experience.I like for people to bring their full selves to work. On that note, I love coffee, personality tests, my dog, trying new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and getting outdoors.
