The development team in Romania being stable and well-organized, my duties moved to Marketing& Sales in Japan after my previous experience there in 2014-2016.

On top of my ongoing duties to handle Datamedia East Europe and its development missions, Istarted to focus more and more on Datamedia activity in Japan. After an extensive training in France, I stayed in Tokyo several months to a) re-organize the company so to reduce its recurrent costs, b) help the local CEO to hire a new pre-sales team and c) train this team with my marketing knowledge (about the competition and our product specificities). Afterwards, I brought them support in their everyday needs and questions, answering by myself or with the support of HQ.I engaged progressively into more Marketing activities in the field of IoT (selected as a strategicorientation by the HQ). More specifically, I analyzed the various constraints related to IoT as pertoday (multiplicity of devices types, incompatible protocols, scaling issues), as well as possible waysto monetize services on this new market, by major telecommunication carriers (like NTT in Japan).

My main duties were administrative - setup and running of a new subsidiary of Datamedia FrenchISV in Romania, and to handle the development of some parts of its product Irisa.- Setup of the company; daily administration; compliance with Romanian regulations- Staff hiring & management (development engineers PHP/JS/Java/SQL)- Providers evaluation & selection (offices, utilities, …)- Project management (development follow-up, localization, QA)

- Assistance with the establishment of French companies in Romania (legal, real estate,recruitment, etc.)- Research and selection of providers- Market studies on the Romanian territory (call centers, etc.)- Translations and adaptations of legal, commercial and technical documents (FR to RO)
