As the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Professional Development at Indiana University, I lead the strategic vision and implementation of professional development and other revenue-generating initiatives that foster a culture of engagement and excellence for all. In the past year, I have conceptualized and launched the IU DEI Leadership Certification and the IDEAL Conference, which have attracted and benefited thousands of participants from various professional industries across the nation.I am also a passionate and experienced executive leadership coach, TEDx speaker, and higher education scholar with over four years of coaching and consulting experience. I specialize in topics such as intersectional identity, social justice, and equity, and I have presented my insights and research at numerous national and international conferences and events.
