Interior Designer
Current-Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.-Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.-Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements.-Create mood boards, color palettes, and material samples to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.-Conduct site visits to assess the existing space, take measurements, and gather relevant information for design development.-Prepare and present design proposals, including visual presentations and material boards, to clients for approval.-Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to obtain quotes, source materials, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.-Provide guidance and support during the construction and installation phase, ensuring that the design intent is maintained.-Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and provide updates to clients and project teams.-Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate them into design solutions.-Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design projects.-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines and budgets.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, communication, and long-term partnerships.-Continuously expand knowledge and skills through professional development activities, workshops, and industry conferences.
