That year she moved to Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Prof Knoll laboratory in Mainz (Germany), and in 2008 she started in the Nanobioengineering group at Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) in Spain, where one year later she got a stable Senior CIBER-bbn researcher position. Her research interest is in the field of Point of care Diagnosis for personalised medicine, based on DNA, ionic and enzymatic sensors, inmunosensor and aptasensor using electrochemistry and optical for sensing transduction. She has participated in several European and Industrial projects and she is the co-author of more than 40 international publications.
