Coordinate the new restaurant opening training support.

-Provide operational training following corporate brand standards and procedures.-Educate franchisees of the brand in a classroom setting.-Travel and assist in new store openings.-Assist with store transfers.

-Monitor the brand standards for product quality, guest experience, cleanliness, safe food handling and facility maintenance. -Be able to identify and document deficiencies in brand standards, consistently and impartially.-Inspect restaurants unannounced, three times a year. -Opened new restaurants domestically and internationally in the Philippines.
