-Partnered with HR, Payroll, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Help Desk, and IT leadership to prioritize and manage enhancement requests, bugs, and backlog for ServiceNow-Partnered with functional and technical leaders to document and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and alternative approaches to meet requirements and complete deliverables-Drafted and applied business process techniques to improve workflows and processes for internal and external users-Formulated test scripts and conducted testing sessions for enhancements, bugs, and yearly platform upgrades with end users-Collected test script feedback for review with technical and functional leadership to ensure software functionality aligns with requirements and end user’s expectations-Worked with development team to establish JIRA Kanban board to manage, track, and complete prioritized requests -Crafted and rolled out monthly ServiceNow platform communications to technical and functional leadership and end users -Provided end user support for ServiceNow platform and escalated critical performance issues to technical resources and management-Worked closely with Shared Services and IT leadership, analysts, and trainers to develop the Shared Services Knowledge Base
