Process Quality documents development and maintenance: - Development and maintenance of Control plans on prototype, pre-series and series stage.- Facilitate/Participate in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs.- Ensure that customer requirements are incorporated into product functional specifications and lead risk and failure analysis (PFMEA) to ensure functional specification requirements and severity are fully met.- Execute equipment and process validation using statistical tools such as Gage R&R and Capability analysis.Part Production Approval Process activities:- Developing the PPAP process according to the customers’ specifications, in order to confirm the liability and conformity of each new product and to assure eventual re-qualification reports, based on the time frame proposed by the customer.- Assuring a clear overview of PPAP status and providing effectively and efficiently support information regarding PPAP status.- Coordinating PPAP activities for the customers with PPAP portals, upload PPAP file in the customer portals and follows-up the closure/ approval.- Assisting the customers in coordination with Quality Manager in any request related to the documentation history of a product.- Participating on the revision of new contracts / manuals / agreements / appendixes sent by the customers.Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities: - As part of the APQP Team, ensure that Quality related tasks and deliverables are completed on time and per the requirements of the quality management system.- Management of all quality related tasks through to PPAP Submission.Taking part to problem-solving activities for internal and Customers concerns relating to assigned responsibilities and documenting all actions in the required format (e.g. Deviation requests, 8D). Participate on issue and review of Corporate documents (procedures, instructions) in line with Quality Management System, OEM's standards and customer requirements.

Activities linked to Recall Campaigns and Quality Issues:- budgeting and forecasting- definition of recall activities (cost estimation, relation with suppliers \ insurance, evaluation of intervention modalities, activities in cooperation with After sales department, etc.)- monitoring of activities (analysis of costs advancement and redemption)- recovery of costs due to issues of suppliers responsibility - reportingQuality reporting and data analysis: elaboration of reporting activities on warranty trend, index of defectiveness, costs, identification of emerging issues, etc.Vendor rating: evaluation of suppliers performances for Quality area.Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008.Daily use of Microsoft Excel, SAP R/3, SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).

I continued working with the manager of Quality and Cost Certification dealing with the same activities I had followed during my internship period, and gradually gaining more autonomy.I arranged and developed the new company reporting on Recall Campaign and Quality Incidents monitoring. I handled the Vendor Rating activities for Quality area and also implemented reports intended for its support.

I worked together with the manager of Quality and Cost Certification, dealing with Quality Issues and Recall Campaigns management. I had the opportunity to view the management procedure and actively participate in various stages of the work:- problem detection- gathering of estimates- definition of technical and financial responsibility- outlining of intervention modalities- monitoring of costs trends and redemptionsKnowledge of documentation and Quality analysis, as reporting activities and procedures (i.e. Quality Model Notebook, failure rate, costs, etc.).Knowledge of reports on Customer Care and Satisfaction (analysis of performances, end customer satisfaction and perceived quality, etc.; comparing with competitors performances for key models of the Group).I also participated in Vendor Rating activities for suppliers evaluation.
