I volunteer my time to reach out to the city of Houston's community through cycling by hosting "social rides" with leaders; I have hosted 3 months (one each month) with a successful turnout each time. Responsible for event togetherness with our supplies and signage. Expected to be responsibly casual while out at events by respecting people's space and whether or not they want to hear about the station. Strong communication skills in oral and written. On Sunday's I am apart of Around the NFL with our sister station SB Nation 1560am, where the personalities do updates of football games and I put stringers and guests (who are NFL players, almost always being the "hero" of the game) through to the personalities to speak on air about their performance.
