- Coordinate activities related to performance, capacity, and compliance with the production plan; as well as carry out action plans associated with lean manufacturing, total quality management, total productive maintenance and safety and hygiene.- Connect with local and regional functional areas for reporting and monitoring metrics, to evaluate the performance and objectives of the production lines.- Support performance improvement and new product development projects at Planta Puebla.- Train internal and external (labor unit) in good manufacturing practice, such as 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Total Quality Management and reinforcement of Safety and hygiene politics.

- Participate in the Supply Chain Reinvention (SCR) project; engineering activities, crisis management, Daily Management System, times and movements studies, balancing production lines and workloads to maximize productivity. - Collaborate with functional areas to facilitate the study of process methodologies, materials, and packaging engineering, use and control of the manufacturing process for the development of new initiatives

- Analyze current processes, identify opportunities, implement actions that minimize / eliminate the generation of waste in productive processes.- Process and inventory metrics reports in order to evaluate the performance of the company and its suppliers.- Support productive lines material supply operations and troubleshooting, to avoid supply breakdown.
