• US MVA accounts numbers reconciliation (Power, Storage, IBM Z and TWC brands).• Financial Month end close activities (Revenue-Cost accounts numbers reclassification, US Intercompany Revenue-Cost analysis, US Output reports, Miscodes review, Power shipments uplift review, Documents-Sales orders with different USD currency review, US Open-Close periods SAP SJP).• Annual Carry forward SAP SJP system.• Annual Roll-up US MVA balances.• Creation-Close of Ledger and SAP accounts numbers.

• Inventory accounts numbers reconciliation (San Jose, GDL, Singapore and Poughkeepsie sites).• Financial Month end close activities (accounts numbers revenue-cost reclassification, accrual voucher analysis, creation of inventory reports / delivery to different contacts from Mexico and US, Billing AP-AR report).• Scrap Financial Disposition ERP systems.• Prepare Blank Profit report to Cost teams.• Prepare SAP Logistic Balance reports from internal and external sites / delivery to Controller, Cost and Inventory teams.

• International supplier's concepts review invoices: rate, fuel rate, service.• Review and delivery of the invoices to accounts payable department ( AP ).

• Invoices payment to Honda companies and national suppliers. • Monthly reconciliations. • Attention to national suppliers.
