Provide best-in-class service for a global portfolio of key retail partners and their servicing account managers as well as internal and external teams, including sales, logistics, information services, finance & marketing. Amongst other duties, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely EDI order processing to meet revenue targets, forecast administration, replying to customer and sales team inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities. Accountable for timely coordination with Compliance Department for implementation of vendor agreements and initiating compliance charge-back investigations.

In my current position as Assistant Manager for Swimco I feel confident in both my communication and leadership abilities. Customer service is the most important aspect of my role. I am always chatting with customers to learn about their styles preferences and the product they wish to see in the store. Based on customers’ comments I create a buyers reports to communicate product feedback to our buying team. This ensures that our customers’ needs are being met. Motivating staff and facilitating teamwork is also an important aspect of my role. My communication and leadership skills have been key in coordinating staff and maintaining a strong sales team. I meet with staff weekly to talk about their performance and give them encouragement as they work toward their goals. Other responsibilities of my role: scheduling, merchandising, interviewing and training new staff.

In my current position as Shift Leader for Swimco I feel confident in my leadership skills. My role entails coordinating staff members and facilitating teamwork. Each day I provide encouragement and coaching to assist staff in meeting their daily goals. As a Shift Leader I am in charge of creating buyers reports, in which I give feed back on products. This requires me to have a keen understating of both customer demographics and current fashion trends. Customer service is an important aspect of my position. I utilize my extensive product knowledge to best meet each customers' unique needs. Swimwear shopping is a very challenging task for may customers so I exercise a lot of patience and sensitivity in my position.
