 Oversee accounting team apprised of 20 employees Delegate, Monitor, Evaluate, and validate performance of department personnel Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable / receivable, general tenant/vendor ledger and bank reconciliations Handle tax audits and payroll Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues  Manage monthly/yearly end closing Attend company travels plans across country (clean up books / train associates in other branches) Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department Organize financial data and maintain updated records  Track progress of financial and accounting objectives  Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with company’s targets  Ensure compliance with the law
