-Ensure supply continuity of Canon Products to customers across the Middle East. -Coordinate procurement actions with Canon Europe based on customer demands. -Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability to regional customers. -Provide Sales Estimate reports for different Business Units (B2B/B2C). -Generate internal reports such as Monthly Inbound, Outbound and Kitting, Order Status, Order Cycle, Order Deletion, Monthly Invoicing and Ship-out, cross functional KPIs. -Monitor aging stock levels for all customers. -Process orders and generate commercial invoices for export. -Coordinate clearing documents from forwarders/warehouse and provide to Customers for clearance. -Prepare monthly insurance reports and claims in direct coordination with the appointed broker. -Submission of shipping documents to Canon Finance for LC Processing. -Coordinate tender shipments based on priority levels. -Regular update of SOPs to ensure efficient processes and delivery of shipments on time.

-Prepare documentation such as Delivery Note, Packing List and coordinate shipping with Chalhoub Customers. -Process and generate Sales Orders in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite)-Liaise on daily basis with Logistics Team for shipping/delivery schedule to customer-Prepare Invoices after completion of Sales Orders.-Handle and resolve customer complaints on a timely basis. -Coordinate between Warehouse, Sales and forwarders for accurate sales order processing.-Generate KPI(s) and monthly reporting figures.

-Prepare weekly customer service reports analyzing key performance indicators by country and highlighting areas for improvement.-Coordinate import shipments for the European, Indian and Middle East market.-Preparation of IMEA Country Traffic Light report which analyses performance vs. budget and communicate results to the region.
