• Assist Partners and Managers in delivering state and local tax consulting services, primarily on sales and use tax recovery and audit projects• Assist in coordinating with clients to improve tax processes and work with vendors to correct tax billings for items determined to be exempt to avoid future overpayments• Assist in identifying/researching purchases for qualifying tax exemptions• Assist clients and/ or vendors in processing Sales & Use tax refund claims to the CDTFA (CA Department of Taxation Fee and Administration)

Processing large quantities of property tax bills for payment, filing paid tax bills, organizing/filing compliance folders, archiving property tax return records, input assisting, filing business personal property tax statements, performing reconciliations of our property and tax payments, analyzing monthly forecasts, constructing analysis of enrolled values and payment history, and conducting appeals, protests, or any discrepancies with assessors.
