Please note that a GP referral is not a necessity. It does however, allow you and your family to access Medicare rebates for 40 sessions (if referred under an eating disorders care plan, 20 sessions if referred under a mental health care plan).I am incredibly passionate about treating disorders of body image and eating across the lifespan and have conducted clinical research in the area of body dysmorphic disorder and eating disorders in both my master’s degrees at WSU and CSU.
