Responsibilities:• Set-up a centralized Procurement function across 4 companies within the group • Design and deploy procurement procedure and policy, including process improvement• Coordinate a team of category managers and support strategy developmentand execution for each indirect spend category in scope• Engage stakeholders and drive change management across organization toimplement proposed solutions to generate savings• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company’s purchasing needs, while increasing process efficiency and savings delivery

• Coordinate the procurement activities for direct & indirect spend categories• Organize team sourcing activities, including supplier identification, offers analysis, price negotiation, contract management, supplier performance and relationship management;• Develop the medical partners network across Romania in order to support the launching of the new UNIQA’s health insurance products• Support the implementation of a Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management tools • Conduct transformation initiatives in order to improve the procurement process, increase compliance and deliver savings

• Design and implement E2E procurement framework for new clients spanning different geographies and industries • Advise and support implementation of new P2P Technology (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Emptoris) based on partnership with leading technology providers • Lead Outsourcing and Transformation / Re-engineering projects including process & technology transformation, people change management • Support procurement activities for existing clients across direct and indirect spend categories• Benchmark client business status against industry metrics and suggest best practices to help them move to Best-in-Class• Identify transformation opportunities and business improvement areas based on discussions with CXO/CPO/Business leadership in order to increase Compliance and Savings

• Coordinate and implement procurement process for all the indirect spend categories• Support the implementation of a new P2P system • Design and deploy a new procurement procedure and policy across organisation• Analyse company spend data, assess market opportunities and threats, benchmark analysis in order to reduce TCO; • Work closely with SABMiller Global Procurement team and support transition from local to global;• Coordinate sourcing activities, including supplier identification, offers analysis, negotiation, contract management and supplier performance management;• Conduct procurement transformation initiatives in order to increase Compliance and Savings • Prepare status reports regarding projects evolution, savings target, supplier reduction and cash flow improvement;

• Coordinate and implement sourcing activities for various indirect categories• Lead regional sourcing projects with multiple countries in scope in order to maximise savings;• Support transition for some of the spend categories from local organisation to Global Procurement Centre;• Conduct RFx process including: supplier identification, offers comparison and price negotiation;• Management of the commercial relationship with the suppliers and management of the contracts;• Permanently looking for cost reduction, supplier database optimisation and cash flow improvement.
