Work to identify new business opportunities that will result in visitation growth, and help to manage the overall tour program at the Martin House.

Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing a diverse range of programs and events in support of the external engagement goals of the Dean and leadership within the School of Architecture and Planning.

Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support student scholarship and tuition assistance, creating an engaging alumni relations program, and managing major stewardship activities hosted by the Division of Institutional Advancement, including the college’s signature event – Spring Soiree.

-Responsible for the planning and execution of all fundraising and stewardship events.-Work with the key volunteers and the campus community to secure sponsorships and donated items from area businesses.-Design and implement customized activities for increased alumni engagement. -Implement effective strategies to increase annual fund giving with core constituent groups.

- Responsible for group tour program while exceeding budget and visitation each year. Work with tour operators and group leaders nationwide, promote and communicate tour program, coordinate team to ensure successful and memorable experience.- Manage event space rental opportunities and streamline rental process while growing new business each year. Execute private events, ranging from intimate bridal showers to corporate meetings and conferences. Point person for clients, caterers, vendors, staff and volunteers. - Create and execute 2-3 annual (20 total since 2010) architectural travel trips across country. Coordinate and communicate transportation, lodging, reservations, logistics and registration for all participants. - Support programs and development team with public events and fundraisers ranging from 20-400 guests. Responsible for personnel management, outsourcing entertainment, food & beverage and other community contributions.

- Led tour program by creating, maintaining and communicating daily public tour schedule to all stakeholders.- Managed group tour program and consistently increased visitation while creating brand new tour opportunities for continued growth. - Responsible for consistently updating Martin House website and third-party ticket sales system to reflect seasonal changes in public tour offerings.- Represented and promoted the Martin House, other Frank Lloyd Wright public sites, and Buffalo as a cultural destination by attending tourism sales shows, building business with travel organizations, collaborating with convention bureaus, and sustaining client relations and outreach to potential group markets.

- Primary assistant to Executive Director, supported capital campaign and donor development by assisting with multiple private and public events, donation acknowledgement and appeal letters- Acted as general office assistant by answering phones, taking tour reservations, maintained Board of Director database, notifications and meeting minutes.
