After extensive training and preparation, Front Desk Agents are responsible for upholding Forbes standards with each and every guest. After checking in guests, I am responsible for helping provide any additional accommodations during their stay. This includes dinner reservations, additional housekeeping requests, and general questions about the Inn and the Biltmore Estate, as the Front Desk is the hub for many inquiries. At check out, a special eye is needed for details in correct billing and adjustments. In addition, I promptly run and complete reports assisting with organization on our property. Remaining level headed and proactive in high stress situations is also included in my daily tasks.

My responsibilities vary in event planning, assisting in promotion of our Capital Campaign, and daily scheduling. We serve 20+ ministries with their meetings and their purpose. Scheduling is done through jotform and an online calendar. Constant communication is important within our staff and with our parish as many events are occurring.

Directed all marketing promotions for The Learning Tea including all social media media platforms and partnering with local businesses. I also directed our monthly fundraiser for the month of July which consisted of organizing a catered dinner for 80 people. All benefits from the dinner going to our women scholarship program in Darjeeling, India.

My position here comprised of assisting the head teacher with anything she needed. As a team, we engaged a classroom of 10-12 preschoolers from 9am-5pm. We had to constantly had be on alert to maintain the kids' safety and interaction.

During this summer, I was lucky enough to guide trips of 4+ people down the Tuckasegee River. Two guided trips a day included guiding the raft in the right line while entertaining our costumers and teaching them about the beautiful Western North Carolina. After each trip, rafts were washed and placed in the sun. I learned to master the multitasking of maintaining everyone's safety while captivating customers' attention.
