As the Director of the new Full Service Partnership Program located at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc., responsibilities have included contributions to the initial proposal, production and oversight of the project development plan and issues log, contract development and negotiations, advancement/oversight of systems for Quality Assurance. Start up responsibilities for this project included the match of the appropriate DSM IV codes with the corresponding Medi-Cal Diagnosis codes for each service agreed to in the final contract and production of an internal grid to be utilized by clinicians, case managers and administrative staff for billing and charting purposes. Responsibilities also included the generation of templates in compliance with the Medi-Cal Medical Necessity criteria for Initial assessments, care coordination plans, progress notes, collateral contacts, targeted case management and medication support integrating the co-occurring disorders of substance dependency/abuse and major mental health impairment and the development and integration of a multidisciplinary treatment team associated with this project.

Marketing, fund raising, planning and development of new contracts.Supervision of clinical supervisors, substance dependency counselors, and ancillary staff.Director of the Homeless to Health Grant funded by SAMSHA. Responsible for the successful addition of enhancement services for this grant. This grant was issued to the treatment center for $400,000 per year plus $200,000 for enhancement services.
