Oversee all agency programming within the Public Service Leadership Institute. Lead the cross-organizational strategy to transform federal agencies in alignment with strategic priorities.Partner with senior leaders in government to tackle large-scale, organizational challenges.

Lead agency transformation efforts at small and large agencies, primarily focused on leadership development and employee engagement efforts. Manage and lead programs under purview, including business development, relationship management, program design, budget management and formulation, contract management and staffing.Supervise junior staff and act as part of management team for leadership development programs. Facilitate sessions for federal employees on topics such as employee engagement, conflict management and motivation.

Monica leads the multi-year leadership development initiative with cabinet-level agency, which included on-boarding and coaching for new executives, department-wide supervisory training and customized programs within agencies.

During this time, Monica worked on a grant funded initiative with a medium sized federal agency. In this capacity, Monica led alumni efforts (including producing a monthly newsletter and organizing events), supported individual program office initiatives, facilitated and managed one-day innovation sessions, and managed the agency-specific cohort of the Excellence in Government Fellows program. Monica also supported other work at the organization, including leading other federal leadership development programs, writing and editing for other teams and managing the Partnership's intern program.

Monica worked on the Partnership’s grant-funded leadership initiative with a medium sized federal agency, specifically focused on leadership development. This included supporting contract management, grant updates, project management, and customer service.

Monica supported the Excellence in Government Fellows Program, a year-long leadership development program for GS-13, 14 and 15 federal employees. The program prepares feds for leadership through a proven combination of innovative coursework, best practices benchmarking, challenging action-learning projects, executive coaching and government-wide networking.
