 Served as Lead Risk Assessor on former automotive assembly plant in Maryland ensuring compliance with U.S. EPA Region 3 RCRA Facility-Lead Program and the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) responsible for: Completing human health risk assessments for multiple exposure units on the property; Developing a plan to satisfy the technical requirements of both lead programs simultaneously; Developing an ISO 14001-compliant Risk Mitigation Plan to outline protocols required to maintain protectiveness of the remedy after site redevelopment; and Serving as principal author on a U.S. EPA RCRA Corrective Action groundwater protection and cleanup policy interpretation paper and lead negotiator responsible for determining maximum beneficial reuse of groundwater. Served as Lead Risk Assessor and Project Manager for a U.S. EPA Region 5 Superfund Site in Illinois responsible for: Preparing human health and ecological risk assessments, including the determination of site-specific bioaccessibility using in vitro gastrointestinal analytical techniques and the application of relative bioavailability factors in risk assessment from in vivo juvenile swine studies; and  Preparing Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Studies reports. Served as Lead Risk Assessor on former automotive assembly plant in New Jersey assessed under the New Jersey Department of the Environment (NJDEP) Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) program.

 Prepared several Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program Property-Specific Risk Assessments in support of the remediation and redevelopment of former industrial sites located throughout Ohio. Prepared several preliminary risk evaluations for Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund (CORF) applications Served as Lead Risk Assessor and Project Manager for a U.S. EPA Region 5 Superfund Site in Illinois responsible for: preparing work plans for the Baseline Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessments; and  coordinating a cooperative in vitro and in vivo bioavailability study between Hull, the Ohio State University and the University of Missouri, Columbia to develop a relative bioavailability factor of contaminants in soil in support of the Baseline Human Health Risk Assessment for each Operable Unit. Prepared a risk assessment work plan for an industrial site in Indiana using Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s RISC guidance. Worked as part of a team on Ohio EPA VAP Phase I Property Assessments multiple assessments including comprehensive research of site history, public documents, real estate records, historic photographs and maps; correspondence with regulatory agencies; review of environmental regulatory database search reports, and prepare final assessment reports in accordance with Ohio VAP standards. Responsible for providing technical assistance with Field Sampling and Analysis Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans and other Work Plans to support risk assessment data usability. Served as a technical resource on numerous aspects of the evaluation of chemical fate and transport, including laboratory analytical methods to support the evaluation of leaching behavior in soil and bioaccessibility of inorganic chemicals in soil and solid matrices.
