• Interviewed program directors and case managers at six low-threshold shelter and housing sites to evaluate pilot program geared towards housing people experiencing chronic unsheltered homelessness and substance use disorder. Synthesized findings to identify best practices, pinpoint common challenges, and make recommendations for the future of the model. • Outlined a holistic definition of program success for the low-threshold sites based on conversations with program directors. Made strategic recommendations for how sites could centralize, standardize, and expand data collection.

Engaged in legal research, writing, and client interviewing to support class action litigation to reform the Emergency Assistance shelter system for families experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts. Provided support to eviction defense clients, including client interviewing, factual development of individual cases, and assisting with preparation for hearings and trials.

Cleaned data and fitted regression models to predict delays in disability accommodation for homeless families. Created an interactive web application with data visualizations for the legal team.

Breaktime is a Boston-based nonprofit working to end young adult homelessness through purposeful transitional employment and financial empowerment.• Founded the first-ever Programs Team. Held weekly meetings, delegated tasks, and set an overall strategic direction for a team of six staff, interns, and volunteers.• Initiated strategic partnerships with city government, family shelters, food rescue organizations, and food banks to deliver 650,000+ meals to communities in need in the Greater Boston area. • Led weekly case management check-ins with young adults and collaborated with other case managers to map out a path to financial and housing stability for each young adult.
