Revamped HR operational framework and restructured the HR team of seven employees by designating roles as business partners, recruiters and HR operations. This change resulted in increased efficiency allowing HR to better support employees and guided the company through a successful acquisition by RogueWave Software.Improved talent acquisition by solving recruiting challenges for hard to fill technology openings and high-volume business development positions that were critical to new product releases and company growth.
