SPOC for HR Matters:- Serve as primary point of contact for 200+ employees (outsourced to 4 different clients), addressing a wide range of HR-related inquiries- Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits to ensure employees understand company protocols- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees2. Account Management:- Collaborate with managers and team leads to discuss and address issues related to employee performance and team dynamics- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on employee-related matters3. Employee Relations and Support:- Address and resolve employee relations issues, including communication problems, conflicts, and grievances, in a timely and effective manner- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions- Offer support and counseling to employees regarding personal or work-related issues4. Performance Management:- Organize and implement the performance review process, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback- Identify underperforming employees and work with managers to develop improvement plans and track progress5. Payroll Coordination:- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related matters, working closely with the payroll team to resolve issues- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changes, including salary adjustments, deductions, and bonuses- Oversee the labour contract renewal process for all employees, obtaining necessary approvals from managers- Coordinate with payroll to ensure contract addendums are accurate and processed correctly- Ensure all contract renewals are signed and updated in Zoho, maintaining compliance with company policies6.
