I analyzed pH, titration acidity with Soxhlet-Henkel method, fat with Gerber method, protein with Kjeldahl method, total dry matter and ash analysis with gravimetric methods in camel and cow milk. I gained experience in the production and formulation of ice cream. I did the first drip and thaw time tests on the ice cream samples. In addition, I made physical analyzes such as overrun and viscosity.In addition, I made microbiological analysis of ice cream samples and gained experience in the working with probiotics and enumeration of them. I made analyzes for the color, structural and aroma properties of ice cream. During the aroma analysis, I got experience about SPME-GC and I learned to working principle of that device.

This 88-hour program was held within the body of Mehmet Zorlu Foundation and MEF University. With this training, the competencies of the 21st century (Career Planning, Technology Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Excel Training, etc.) were learned and developed. Projects and researches were conducted on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
