Over five and a half years, I recruited, developed, and coached dozens of successful agents, helping them navigate the ups and downs of a dynamic market.When the pandemic hit in 2020, I quickly pivoted to 100% virtual operations, launching a coaching platform that empowered agents to thrive regardless of their brand. This initiative earned recognition from RisMedia as a 2021 Real Estate Newsmaker, and I was honored as Woman of the Year for California’s 58th District by Assembly Member Christina Garcia.In 2023, I joined Sotheby’s International Realty as the West Coast Growth Manager, covering regions from Los Angeles to Wine Country. I'm also an investor in a start-up serving Latinx audiences, a community close to my heart as a first-generation American and I’ve had the honor of sharing the stage with Kevin Harrington of ABC’s Shark Tank and being featured on outlets like KTLA Channel 5, KPCC, NPR, and Huffington Post. These experiences have fueled my drive to amplify the voices of underrepresented communities in real estate. As I work on my third book, which explores the intersections of culture, wealth-building, real estate, and politics I remain driven by my belief that sometimes saving money and planting roots is an act of revolution.My mission is clear: to help more families revolutionize their financial futures and build lasting legacies of wealth through real estate.
