The “Pink” story begins in 2007 where I began investing in real estate full time. Within 15 years my husband Russ and I have personally fixed & flipped over 100 homes in Colorado Springs and now we own over 100 rental properties. One of the many reasons I decided to get into the real estate business was to help people in unfortunate situations. Many of the homes we purchased were to help clients get out of a difficult situation and support them with a fresh start. With this, many clients turned into repeat clients after rebuilding from a short sale. Repeat clients, word of mouth, and referrals were all a driving force behind the success of Pink Realty as we know it today.I have always been the biggest fan of the color PINK - in fact my car even had pink on it even back in 2007! When I was trying to come up with a word consisting of four digits to use as a marketing phone number - I instantly thought of PINK and suddenly a light-bulb went off in my head. To make it easy for consumers - they don’t even have to remember the name of our company - all they have to remember is a color - our color - PINK. Fast forward to the present time - Pink Realty is now the #1 team in Colorado and #4 team in the nation.
