- Leading the launch, development and delivery of different projects to achieve the proposed goals based on business needs. - To lead projects of product identification, process optimization, systems integration and new sales channels from start to finish.- To perform the necessary impact analysis for assigned projects.- Reporting and communication to stakeholders and sponsors.- Managing the closure of projects once completed.- To follow up implemented projects, reviewing their impact on business objectives.

-To ensure long-term product improvements taking into account viability, profitability, seasonality and value added to the customer. -Developing improvement implementation projects from scratch, ensuring that all areas of action and the corresponding assignments are contemplated so the projects are completed correctly. -To have under control any active improvement project, coordinating any changes and guaranteeing the agreed deadlines for each project. -Defining the key project data to ensure that the whole team fully understands what the project is about and is kept up to date with new projects and project updates.-Organising Kick Off Meetings, Status Meetings or other sessions, which the development and completion of the project requires. -Providing support and solving any obstacles that may block a correct evolution of the project.-Being aware of the entire landscape of active and to be activated projects in order to prevent conflicts.-To control production timelines to ensure optimal project coordination and planning.

Product Engineer role is oriented both to mechanical design and manage the changes to be implemented across the organization:• Preparing product forecast to ensure production and supply timelines.• Looking after the whole change implementation, from Marketing to Production.• Exhaustive control of unity costs, times, product structure and BOM.• Product enhancements implementation: Resolving product defects, implementing product cost optimizations/reductions, resolving component obsolescence or manufacturing issues, etc.• Fitting, designing, integrating and mechanically developing all the components and systems of the product for their correct manufacture, using SolidWorks software.• Keeping the company's ERP system updated in reference to the components that integrate each product.• Coordinating the drafters team regarding times, tasks and current requirements of the project.

R&D Department- To become part of a team of highly experienced engineers creating the next generation of data center solutions.- To draw, create and organize Mechanical detail drawings: designing, detailing and drawing mechanical and electrical systems and components. Working in 3D and 2D CAD – SolidWorks and Autocad. - To design projects involving structural, sheet metal and weldment design. Also, ensuring their proper fabrication and set up.

- Designing and following-up industrial engineering projects for metallurgical and healthcare sector. - Developing and improving products such as ambulance stretchers, chairs and other healthcare accessories, SolidWorks.- Creating new catallogue images with Keyshot.- Reporting technical documentation related to technical office.- Managing corrective actions, in the event of non-conformities. - Keeping update bill of Materials and production line information of actual products and introducing new products information to Kartsana's master data base, using Microsoft Dynamics NAV,

- To develop 3D models and drawings from our eyeglasses models in order to guarantee an excellent final product, SolidWorks.- Define and prepare 3D files in order to produce 3D printing prototypes.- To compile and classified official documentation from our past and present models and generate useful master files.-Research and innovation, designing new components and production techniques for our products.-Coordinate with our partners and factories lead times, changes and delivery times for prototypes.-Organize timings and long term schedules for our projects to be ready and with excellent final works on time, being in contact with other departments to achieve this objective.
