Point of contact for the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) team for questions, issues, and concerns as it pertains to job responsibilities and day to day processesTrain new RC team members on current processes and proceduresLead bi-weekly RC team calls to address topics in question or issues/concernsContinuously review/update processes and procedures as the RC responsibilities are constantly changing and evolvingSchedule internal, external, and contract candidate interviews (phone, in-person, video-conference) with hiring managers and/or teams; 1v1, multiple managers, and/or panelSchedule for all different management levelsWork with recruiters, admins, and managers directly regarding availability, as necessaryInclude travel details/instructions for managers/candidates, as necessaryProcess candidate expense reimbursements, as necessaryCreate/submit calendar invites and send confirmations for all interviews scheduled Manage/maintain Excel spreadsheet daily to track all new hires and all interview requests received/scheduled Create/maintain pivot tables and v-lookups linked to excel spreadsheets to assist in assessing overall data for the RC teamMove candidates through the interview and hiring process steps in WorkDayFill/close requisitions and send ‘Welcome’ communication to new hires through Workday Manage the new hire process by initiating the pre-employment process for new hires through InfoMart Responsible for reviewing results received for employment/education verification, drug screen, and criminal checks to ensure ‘all clear’ prior to start datePrepare the Nissan New Hire Report on a weekly basis and distribute to the Nissan TA teamCreate orders in KSN and/or requisitions in Vector when a new contingent requisition has been approvedManage/maintain Excel spreadsheet to track all orders/contingent reqs that have been createdCreate/submit exempt requests via SalesforceReview applications for qualified candidates and perform prescreens via phone

Schedule interviews for internal and external candidates with Recruiters and Hiring Managers of all levels. Schedule travel arrangements for candidates as necessary. Process internal transfers. Assist Recruiters with online application tool - Taleo/JobConnect - by creating, editing, and posting requisitions. Manage/maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports via Excel.
