I did my training in the 1990s’, developing my skills in Qualitative research at Research International, one of the most prestigious agencies at the time. Between the end of the 1990s’ and the year 2000, I joined the Innovation start-up in Italy which branched out into workshop moderation as well (from the most creative workshops to Design Thinking).Since then – and for over 20 years – I have built my professional career within the Research Company, strengthened my skills (that have become increasingly inter-disciplinary, integrated, multi-dimensional) while keeping a strong connection with Brand and Innovation dynamics, and an always lively passion for learning and multi-stratified information and sources that have helped me to look at the «world» from different angles, even «upside down». The projects I have developed and the teams I have created (both corporate and client teams) have always followed the mantra of full integration, being open to disciplines that can offer a real and actionable answer - one that brings together different points of views - multi-focal approaches, connecting the dots, passion and a touch of «light-heartedness» (not to be misunderstood) that keeps us always motivated in our job.I have supported clients in a large number of industries (from FMCG, to Automotive, Luxury, Tobacco and Gambling with some experience in the pharmaceutical-OTC area) and through the most varied challenges, holding leading/key management and advisory roles. A local and global vision has always been a key ingredient in my professional life.I have recently added a prestigious skill in the field of workshop facilitation by becoming a certified professional LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator.Leader for 4 year of the Engagement Team @Kantar (a Steering Committee) dedicated to design the "Happy moments @ work"Passions: Cooking, Iceland, “beauty” – aesthetics (also transferred to the formal output of our work), creativity in everyday life, humour, and the sea in any season.
