As a Criminal Intelligence Analyst for USARNORTH I was reponsible for processing threat information as it relates to Department of Defense assets in the North American Continent. Provides threat analysis and situational awareness through numerous intelligence products, such as Daily situational reports, Criminal Threat Assessments, Annual Threat Assessments, and Threat Advisories. Provides real time threat reporting for numerous operations, including defense support of homeland defense and civil support for natural disasters or other contingency operations. Regularly works with state entities (Law Enforcement or fusion centers), Federal Agencies (FBI, NPS, CBP), private organizations, and US Military branches and National Guard. Integrates threat data for course of action development to increase capabilities of Joint Forces Land Component Command (JFLCC) and Army Service Component Command (ASCC) operations, including recommendations for security measures and possible actions to be taken. Provides analysis and assessment of impacts of natural disasters to DoD personnel and critical infrastructure and consequences to JFLCC and ASCC missions. Conducts vulnerability assessments of hotels and mobile camera sites where DoD personnel are assisting across the Army North area of responsibility (real world and exercises), to include assisting Border Patrol along the Southwest Border.
