In my role as a CMO, I established a robust agency structure and strategically recruited top talent to meet client needs effectively. By negotiating contracts and agreements skillfully, I ensured that return on investment (ROI) targets were met. With a focus on operational excellence, I successfully managed day-to-day operations, including budget oversight, while supervising a team of 8-10 in-house staff and overseeing 50+ freelancers. I analysed brands and market trends and delivered marketing campaigns that consistently achieved impressive brand ROI. Recognizing the significance of market dynamics, I proactively developed customer engagement initiatives to establish strong connections between the brand and its target audience. When required, I assumed the role of a creative director, actively contributing to brainstorming and creative conceptualization efforts. As part of my responsibilities, I oversaw the delivery of services to SMEs and multinationals, acting as an extension of the client's internal assets. This encompassed developing comprehensive marketing strategies, tactical plans, corporate identity, graphic/media design, content development, and product marketing and positioning. I effectively promoted the agency and its services by showcasing its credentials and capabilities to prospective clients. Additionally, I led the development, benchmarking, implementation, and post-execution analysis of marketing campaign themes. By closely collaborating with the sales and operations teams, I ensured seamless coordination with third-party suppliers to deliver successful campaigns.
