Responsibilities:• Reviewing, evaluating, and analysing claims in accordance with the standards set by the company.• Reviewing insurance policies to determine coverage, assist in handling the administrative process of filing vehicle insurance claims.• Investigating insurance claims related to vehicle accidents or damage and determining the extent of the insurance company's liability to cover the loss. This including interviewing witnesses and involved parties, reviewing police reports, and examining damage to vehicles.• Communicating with customers (perform daily follow-up) to provide updates on the status of their claim. This requires a combination of technical expertise in insurance policies and procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.• Handle questions and conduct analysis of customer complaints either by telephone, chat, or via digital messages.• Also provide information related to products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for serving the needs of Service Advisor by analysing, monitoring, submitting insurance claim and maintaining of customer vehicle claim data.• Responsible for Accounts Receivable tasks such as processing, verifying, making invoices to insurance for vehicle claim repairs. Also allocating claim payments as well as monitoring and reporting in aging analysis (AR Aging).• Create internal payment memos to process purchase orders from purchasing team, monitor internal payments from the finance team, create a list of pending payments for equipment purchases from vendors and suppliers. In this case I work closely with the finance team and high attention is needed in this task, because it involves financial issues and the availability of stock in the warehouse.• Establish Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to insurance partners for business purposes as request from the Director.• Maintain a good relationship with all insurance team, vendor/supplier in purchasing, also customers.
