Leads the various programs of Project PEARLS to ensure that they are in line with the vision and mission of the organization. Provides quality control for the outreach programs through budgeting, staffing, and program coordination. Builds sustainable relationship with community representatives and beneficiaries, local government units, other non- profit organizations, corporate partners, sponsors, and donors. Manages various administrative duties such as preparation of reports to stakeholders. Reports directly to the Executive Director.

- Manages the E-commerce segment of the hotel- Ensures that the targets for the E-commerce segment are achieved- Handles banquet events: from selling and negotiation to actual execution of the client's event- Ensures the implementation of the hotel’s marketing communications strategies to achieve and exceed targets in Rooms and Food & Beverage- In-charge of managing the hotel's digital marketing

Cafe Brio’s (June 2012 to February 2014)- Assists the Restaurant Manager in supervising the staff and in ensuring that standard operating procedures are being implemented and followed- Provides guests with the utmost attention and excellent service to ensure that they will have a great dining experience and that their expectations are positively exceeded- Responsible for confirming and managing guests’ reservations; coordinating with respective departments to ensure that guests’ orders and requests are metBanquet Department (October 2011 to May 2012)- Assists the Banquet Executive/Manager in dealing with the demands of the event organizer and with other tasks such as supervising the staff and doing the billing requirements- Maintains all event space in a constant state of order and ensures that the Event Order is strictly followed- Ensures that guest's needs are being met and expectations are positively exceeded
