Responsible for managing projects of 138 and 230kV substations. Interface with all stakeholders. Own team management prioritizing costs optimization, achievement of deadline goals and good relationships. One of these projects includes supply, assembly and commissioning of 138kV GIS (Gas Insulated Substation), and others main scope refers specially to SPCS (like busbar protection), retrofit in substations connected to the National Integrated System, but not least important, also the substitution of 230kV disconnectors, circuit breakers, and other equipments.

Responsible for planning a aprox. R$ 500M portfolio, developing and control Masterplan schedules for brownfield projects in Rio Grande do Sul. Alignment with internal and external interfaces of CPFL Transmission, consulting the different areas (regulatory, environmental, engineering, operations, equipment, construction). Monitoring and report of a robust procurement package for 69, 138 and 230kV equipments, including transformers and SPCS systems, meeting delivery and CapEx disbursement targets.

Responsible for executing greenfield projects for 69 and 138kV substations, managing stakeholders at the site (clients, subcontractors and own team). Control of activities to meet deadlines and optimize costs.
