I am Chief of Staff & Data Protection Officer of the Center for Global Enterprise (CGE), a New York based non-profit organization dedicated to the study of the contemporary corporation in the era of global economic integration. I am also the Vice President of Mercator, XXI, LLC (MXXI), a professional services firm helping clients engage the global economy. I bring over 25 years of experience in human resources, operations and program management. Prior to CGE & MXXI, I spent 10 years with the IBM Company.As Chief of Staff of the CGE, I serve as the organization’s chief operating officer, ensuring operational excellence, organizational integrity, and overall success. My responsibilities include financial management, HR policies, navigating cross-cultural dynamics and personnel, maintaining legal and data privacy compliance, orchestration and execution of events, and more. Additionally, I play a key role in advancing our global mission, contributing to strategic planning, and establishing measurable goals. My duties include fostering the personal and professional growth of CGE team members, while delivering tangible value and impactful outcomes for our supporters, member companies, and Board of Directors.At IBM, I spent over six years in the Governmental Programs organization and was responsible for financial, security, and managerial control processes in the area of Governmental Programs. I worked with team members in 35+ countries to ensure all human resource issues were handled appropriately and according to individual country policy. In this role I also managed a multi- million dollar global budget and established a checks and balances system to help capture all expenses on a country level basis. I also held a variety of positions within the HR organization. My experience encompasses Human Resources Data Collection, Staffing Services, and Recruiting. I have a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany with a major in Psychology and Business Administration.
