- Develops in-depth product knowledge on Kronos Workforce Products- Utilizes technical ability to prioritize support issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations- Manages difficult customer issues effectively and professionally, seeking help from management, as appropriate- Researches application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application- Trouble shoots, analyzes and solves complex customer issues utilizing documentation, knowledge base, bug tracking system and support staff- Replicates customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and /or readying the issue for engineering review- Provides technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving issues regarding Kronos applications- Recreates, tracks and verifies product deficiencies in Kronos bug tracking system and work with engineering to pursue acceptable resolutions- Work with clients in Spanish, Enlgish, and Portuguese

- Updates intranet content and informational resources for consistency and integrity- Assists with testing and deployment of new and upgraded intranet sites and pages- Assists with monitoring intranet and SharePoint content and functionality- Knowledge or experience with web development or SharePoint- Willingness to learn new tools, applications, and business processes

- Creating technical documentation and schematics- Gathering operational metrics- Assisting to solve workstation technical support issues, as well as assisting engineers on projects- Some interaction with clients.- Interaction with international clients (use of Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian)- Preparation of new equipment for deployment at client sites.- Sales support and data entry
