Managed on-figure and still life styling teams, across multiple locations, for Splashlight Studio. Splashlight is a visual content creation company company with studios in New York, Baltimore and Montreal. Managed a nine member on-staff style team and a revolving roster of freelance stylists and assistants that were responsible for the editorial and style content for Target, Under Armour and Aldo's ecommerce sites. In addition to leading the teams, my responsibilities included styling (women’s straight and plus, mens straight and big & tall, big kids and toddlers) high-level creative on-figure still and video sets, team management, interviewing and training freelance stylists and assistants, overseeing the styling on all special projects/brands collaborations and multiple daily ecommerce sets, quality controlling the style teams work across all brands. Specifically for Under Armour and Aldo, I sourced, hired and managed the remote style teams, instituted the style program, trained the new teams so they could self manage and thrive. Formerly remotely managed the still life style team for the Victoria’s Secret studio in Ohio. Styled and art directed video for Eileen Fisher.
