I was responsible for the overall program and fiscal management. I supervised 22 staff members working on construction, family services, fundraising, and in our ReStore. I oversaw all fiscal matters for our $1 M budget including bill paying, budgeting, long range planning, annual reports, and yearly audits. I worked in partnership with the Board of Directors to set long range plans and make strategic decisions. All in all I spent my day trying to make home ownership a dream come true for people the world has decided can't obtain it.
