• Provide quality service to upwards of 60 people per shift.• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact work areas; swept and mopped floors; efficiently set tables following instructions from manager.• Delegate tasks to respective team members; respond to guest questions and concerns in a timely manner; provide high quality service for events of all types such as weddings, corporate functions, and family reunions.• Ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders for exclusive beverage items such as spirits and cocktails; monitor high standards of food quality by overseeing preparations and reviewing both weekly and monthly shipments.

• Organize and facilitate student's end-of-quarter dance recitals; collaborate with several local instructors to create unique performances and dance numbers.• Manage upwards of twenty children each class; work with students of all ages including toddlers, children, and adults.• Create a safe and healthy learning environment for students by implementing mutual respect principles and class guidelines; assess student's strengths and utilized weekly class time to highlight talent.
